The services sector – a key growth driver – expanded by 0.7%, while manufacturing output surged 1.1% with construction maintaining steady performance.

2025: 8% growth
2026: 10% growth acceleration

Since the Labour government under Sir Keir Starmer assumed office, project launches have stabilized. Private sector activity has demonstrated sustained upward momentum since H2 2024, evidenced by a 7% year-on-year increase in main contract awards.

These indicators collectively signal the dawn of a robust growth phase for Britain’s construction industry.
